River Oaks Estate
River oaks is a very quaint,small estate. Opposite ferngrove, which is 3 or so times as big. They're kicking off building houses on the final release of land in river oaks and have put up the retaining walls to try and block out the traffic noise from the main run out of town north west to the new motorway. I'm in ferngrove and the retaining walls here seem to be quite effective.
