I purchased one of the mandalas but I have to say I'm very disappointed. I was tossing up between the gold and natural wood and chose natural wood. The piece just doesn't look right, it seems unfinished, my partner asked did I hang it back to front when he seen it. It's made of MDF and just doesn't have a natural wood look to me. I've got a newborn baby and unfortunately don't have the time to try and organise a return and replacement with another colour, I'm sure they would be willing to help fix this otherwise. Choose a different colour.

Product is good have had no issue with it. BUT.... Communication needs to improve several times I have asked a question or clarification it all just got ignored.

Beautiful piece. Complements our hallway table in a subtle and elegant manner. We love it and visitors always comment on it. Customer service was exceptional with up-to-date communication. Looking for another spot in our home to put another one.
