My favourite massage place. Provides quality services, from massage , acupuncture, physio therapy....

3 things to the point.First- it's LOUD. Workers speaking constantly, outside children and noise from the centre, even a worker brushing her teeth I could hear it so clearly, yuck!2nd- TERRIBLE ENGLISH. The lady who was massaging me didn't understand when I asked her to go firmer so then I said harder, still nothing. I asked her where to focus on (she didnt listen) and not to touch my hands which she proceeded to do anyway3rd- Poor Service! I explained to the front desk what I wanted to which they agreed but it wasn't what I got!Another time around and the lady didn't ask me where to focus on and what pressure and although I tried to tell her she didn't understand! She had the light on the whole time even whilst I was on my back, so it was bright and nothing was given to cover my eyes.I've given this place many chances although something goes wrong every time. They don't deserve my $65

I came to this place with a sore neck and asked for upper body massage and neck massage, apart from the fact that it was not pleasurable at all, extreme pain from pressing too hard and repeatedly being told it was too hard, my neck was left bruised and battered but seems to have fixed itself. Apart from bruises, I also have fingernail scratches on my neck from the lady who massaged me and my upper body and neck massage, also somehow ended up being full back, neck and head. With all deep tissue massage, I appreciate that there will be a level of soreness possibly for a few days and maybe even some bruises but here I am 4 days later with a lower back problem, no other activity or reasoning for pain which only started after the massage, who knows why or how come but I truely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. CT scans today confirmed a pinched nerve in the lower back most likely from pressure, so I’m onto day 3 of panadeine forte and endone to be able to stand and half function like a normal human being. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.

First time I was there, I was given two 1 hr massage vouchers and before I can ask any questions on how to use the vouchers I was ushered in as quick as possible for two massages for my mum and I. And we asked for 45 mins each. When I came out I was told I’d forfeit the 15 mins each per voucher because I only asked for 45 mins, nobody told me when I asked that this would be the case and as we had already put our clothes back on, we lost out. I said this is my first time here and I was rushed in for the appointment so quickly could I have a 30 min voucher back (15 mins per person lost) I was told no. What a way to scam first time customers. Nowhere on the voucher did it say you’d forfeit if you didn’t use all of it. And he said it was my fault for not asking first.

Very good and experienced people working here and my preferred massage place out of all I have been to. They also cater to all Chinese styles of massage highly recommend. Although booking is helpful if your in a hurry.

Hands down the best massage place I have been to. Attention to detail. Tranquil surroundings with massuas who will make you feel comfortable and concentrate on areas required. Clean and above board here.

Always had very good massuers. Some naturally better than others but all good.

Massage was great but the ambience and quietness was lacking. There was some noticeable distracting noises which suppressed the quietness and relaxation feelings they were aiming for

It was done professionally. Good firm massage. A whole body massage with hot stones was $65. Even did my legs. I really enjoyed the massage. I would say the room is the downside. It is just a massive room with a lot of curtains to separate the massage beds. It feels very confined. Although, I was only lying down the whole time, it didn't really matter.
