Recently Dusty was engaged to replace our windows & doors glasses to a better sound barrier product. Dusty came to quote. Went through the lengthy process of measuring up all of the windows around the house. Promised a quote back within a couple days. That was now weeks ago. Completely ghosted. No call to explain. No communication. I had to chase them down for them to say they didn't know where my quote was and they didn't know when it was coming. Surprised they are still in business if this is the typical customer experience at D&L Glass.

Had dusty come and measure up for new shower screen. Price was awesome and even held it until we were ready for it to be fitted.Once we were ready they were very fast to install and it came up amazinglyCan't believe how good it is :)Thanks dusty and team at D&LHighly recommended

Dusty provided outstanding on time service for an excellent competative price.His after sales service was also outstanding, when there was a minor fault in part of the product, he did not hesitate to replace it.
