This Centrelink office is full of uncaring, bossy and grumpy Staff. I've been there twice and won't ever go back. Not one Staff smiled or was polite & sympathetic. A very negative experience for me.

Just sat on the phone for a hour and a half to be transferred to the wrong person who could then not transfer me back. For a linking code that should take 5 mins and the centerlink staff still can't manage that..

Just had a great experience dealing with the saff here. I would like to especially thank Renee who coudn't have been any more helpful and displayed amazing customer service. Credit to the staff here who make a difference in what can be a challaning job.

Rude staff and unhelpful!

Don't read all the 1 star reviews they are all people complaining about calling centrelink in general not this actual office.As far as centrelinks go this office is one of the best. The staff are friendly and genuinely try your solve your problems. They are also well staffed so you are usually seen quite promptly. Even the security guards are helpful ;-)

Me and my partner took a hour out of work to go to the palm beach centrelink to give them documents that they wanted, and they disregarded us and turned away. The lady was the rudiest, arrogant women and no where next to accommodating!! I wish i could rate 0 stars. Never will go there again if they treat people this way!!!!!

Every single time I go into this centre, I am treated with respect and kindness. Thank you to every single member of the Palm Beach Centrelink's staff for all the hard work they've done and for helping me in my darkest times.

After hours and days on the phone circuit treadmill I eventually just had to speak to a human and decided to go into a Centrelink office for the first time in my life. That then became two visits in three days. The first visit was rather unsuccessful. However the second visit I was lucky enough to get Suzy!! She was absolutely amazing and worked through quite a complex issue until we got to to the bottom the problem (an incorrect assessment and rejection of an application). Kylie tidied off the final stage and now we are up and running. It's a shame all staff at Centrelink don't do their job to the standard of Suzy, who took the time to listen, realised there was a problem, and had the tenacity to find a resolution. Thankyou Suzy - a true asset! Five stars for Suzy, 0 stars for those that didn't do their job correctly in the first place!

Perhaps training a certain doorman to say hello before verbal blitz of orders might help the experience. Staff are friendly & pro. Other doormen polite & pro too.
