Great experience with the team at Illawarra 4x4! Just had a bullbar fitted up, and I'm stoked with it. Very quick and accommodating in regards to rectifying any issues and questions that I had. They go above and beyond to make sure you leave a happy customer.

I had never attended the store before however I had a problem with my fridge which I had bought from another store several years ago. As Illawarra 4x4 was the closest store I went down to see if they could help me out. The staff went out of their way and contacted the rep about my fridge. I couldn't be happier with the result. I had a phone call which I was expecting them to say my fridge may possibly be able to be fixed but instead I was told that they would be able to replace it for free. Good service and nice store. I will be back for the brake controller installation. Thank you!

My experience was very disappointing.The owner/s should really be disappointed with there staff & installer/s.I had a bullbar & UHF install so it was a well paying job.I specifically asked for the UHF antenna to be installed on the left hand side 3 times & It got installed on the right hand side, who installs a UHF antenna in the driver line-of-sight to the road?Took it back in & they moved the antenna, however I wasted a day of my life & still... Wires still hanging out from the spotlights, No protective wrapping on uhf cable where the bonnet comes down, Sensors not working on the installed bullbar for the blind spot senors... and I quote: it's not our job to make sure they work"Now I'm going elsewhere to get everything fixed correctly.A very disappointing customer experience.The owner can get my number & call if they want to discuss

I couldn't be happier with the work performed by the crew at Illawarra 4 x 4.Between countless emails and phone calls and the great advice I received, my 4x4 is looking great, cant wait to hit the tracks.The workmanship cannot be faulted, neat, tidy and everything was thoroughly explained to me. It was well worth the 2hr journey. The attention to detail is unreal, and nothing was too hard for Briana. You ask a question, you get an answer.Thanks again guys and look forward to dealing with you all again very soon.

Had a full ironman foamcell lift kit and under body protection installed on my pajero sport, Craig and Lloyd were very helpful throughout the process the car looks and handles good , even got a chair set up in display room watching 4wd 24/7 while waiting for car to be finished. Cheers guys

Illawarra 4x4 Lloyd and Bryce have exceptional of customer service from Start to Finish. They went above and beyond to ensure that my expectations were meet. There commuincation was the best they listened to what i wanted and offered great advice. For what the work was carried out on my Toyota Hilux 2022 and made it fit and wow it shows Bryce's workmanship. They have the best price on offer. I would highly recommend using Illawarra 4x4 for any accerssories or ute upgrades a big thumb up.Worth the Drive from Sydney

Awesome service from the guys at Illawarra 4x4. Thet answered all my questions. Fitted my bullbar and rear bar in a time that suited me. Workmanship is second to none. Vehicle looks great. Can't recommend these guys enough. Will be back for more.
