Reception staff are always accommodating in helping with any inquiries or issues as best they can even with their high workload.My doctor has been wonderful at working with me regarding all of my health issues whether it be physical or mental.

Long waits over 1 hour, rude reception staff and female doctor!!! Charged a fortune for 15 minutes. Not notified of important information prior to appointment..I will never be back they brought my friend to tears

I caught covid, they booked an appointment for me without calling or asking first and when it came time for my appointment I waited 5 hours to get called and it was by a different doctor than who I was scheduled with, she then told me I could have been saved" if I'd gotten the booster shot sooner

As a new patient my experience has been extremely positive! Meagan and Amy are two of the staff members that I have dealt with so far both showing professionalism, empathy and understanding . I highly recommend the Better Health Greenhills.

Garbage care. Went there for a sprained ankle, when asking for how long I need off work was told “I can’t tell you that everyone is different” before giving me a Dr certificate for 1 day off work. While waiting at reception was ignored 3 times in order to speak on seperate phone calls. Charged $75 for the whole experience, do NOT go here for any injury!!!

Some of the worst care I’ve ever received. I’ve tried 3 different doctors now to see if maybe I just caught the other 2 on a bad day, but they all lack enthusiasm and empathy and they don’t seem to really care about what there doing. If your looking to feel comfortable and listened to when you go to the doctor go somewhere else.

Receptionist team is an absolute let down, been here several time and 2 of the times have forgotten to be marked as arrived (despite the fact I visited the front desk & had my temp taken). I have waited 40 - 75 minutes before they realised they hadn’t marked me here even after asking how long it would be. Have heard some highly inappropriate conversations take place behind the desk and confidential information be shared between team members. I work in the medical field as a receptionist so understand the stress and pressure however this is simply unacceptable. It’s only that I have been seeing my friends for several years that I still attend this practice.

The staff are friendly and efficient. Been going here for the better part of 14 years. After being turned away from a Dr closer to where I live after moving out of the area, I have changed back to them even though it is a good 30 min drive.

I recently went to see Dr Ubeja as she was my partners childhood doctor. I was excited to finally get my vaccine, and also had a few questions about existing medical conditions that I have little information on (due to a stream of hopeless doctors). I couldn’t even get one question out before she literally spoke over me and said “I’ll be the one asking questions”. She proceeded to talk over the top of my the entire appointment. I wasn’t able to talk to her about half the reason I came and am still left with questions about said existing medical issues. It’s a shame because all the ladies on the front desk and nurses are super lovely.
