A Carer went in today for an almost blind, frail elderly lady and charged her $24 for toilet rolls (6 pack), $29.95 for hand sanitiser and $8 for tissues. Absolutely disgusting. Not only is gouging illegal but also appalling during such a time.

I have been going through quite a lot in the past 12 months, the staff here are so friendly, helpful and have so much knowledge to assist you with any problem. Now on a first name basis with them and they look after you price wise (even throughout the pandemic) I’m unsure on the other reviews, it’s almost like they are talking about a completely different pharmacy, as there are many around the castle hill area.I have moved over 30 km away and still will only go to this pharmacy for their service and honesty.If you’re reading this, thank you boys, you are amazing!

I drove to your pharmacy earlier this evening at 6:55pm only to find that you closed a few hours earlier in the day.I googled 'Chemists near me' and noticed that you say you are open until 4am? A great reliable local pharmacy with helpful staff and good range of products, Barwell pharmacy are also great as they are conveniently located next to the medical centre, it is also open late and have very competitive prices on many of their products. We use this pharmacy every time.
