Clicked ,went to collect 2x cases of Guinness and a bottle of cognac. Mid morning, only customer in shop. Saw order immediately at front on entering and hailed staffer, told him my name and products in my order. He then went and picked up my paperwork off the top of my order. I thought excellent'' as he read it.But alas...he was in another dimension it seemed

Ok pricing, but beware when you check out your purchases. The staff are slack and unprofessional. Had several instances where they charge more than once for the same item. When returned to get refund, staff are condescending and again, unprofessional, as if you're trying to scam them and they are doing you a favor. Typically lazy and uncompetitive Aussie customer service.
