Dynamic Door Service
Roller door installed only 3 years ago has broken and my house is not able to be secured. Called two weeks ago to book in to be fixed. I was told a technician would call me back within 48 hrs to make an appointment. I haven't heard a word back yet, very poor customer service.Having a look at product review and google reviews for this company paints a picture that it's not just a once off issue.I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Faulty install in both of my new build roller doors. Reported in September and they still haven't fix them. Just keep getting the run around.
