Good standard hotel at a great location.easy access to transport.impressed with the infinity window to look outside the room. Nice outdoor pool. Kids enjoyed it. Breakfast options are less for vegetarians and fishitarians .. same options repeated for all 6 days we stayed. Reception and cleaning staff were nice

Outstanding and upbeat attitude from the staff at the front desk. The room was spacious and modern. We found the room to be superior to 2 Crown Plazas we stayed at the previous week. Well situated for the walking tourist. Photo opportunities galore. The hotel's breakfast was superior, however as an alternative there are a dozen outstanding coffee shops within 5 minutes walk.

Came for a one night stay, reception team was friendly and well groomed. However did not advise that in room amenities could be requested , so had to call once I got to the room to find no amenities aside from soap. Gym is good with enough equipment although the room could do with ventilation (smells like sweat) and better labelling. Rooms were clean and floor to ceiling windows are excellent

Never stayed in a Holiday Inn b4 and was pleasantly surprised. This hotel was lovely. The room was big and had floor to ceiling window looking down onto a Melbourne Street. Everything was top notch there from the room to the staff. The breakfast was delicious too. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Stayed at this hotel for a couple of weeks and really enjoyed it. Hotel staff were so friendly and nothing was too hard for them. Beds were great, shower was AMAZING.Close to everything in Melbourne and public transport is only a short walk away.

Recently done up to cater the business community. The rooms are spacious. Don't have to leave the place looking for a food outlet as the restaurants is open all the time and serves variety of great food. The fish we had on out first night was the best I have ever had. The staff are awesome , very helpful.

I loved the modern rooms that were provided for us when we came. The self moving blinds were just amazing. The facilities that they offer are good. Staff are very friendly towards the occupants. The food is lovely, and it is great to be in during New Years Eve. Only need to spend 1 night for a great city experience

Staff here are friendly but at times are not sure on requests. I stayed here for 4 nights. The common areas are a little bit outdated (restaurant is tiny). One of the lifts displayed the wrong level when it stopped. The rooms are modern and clean. The reason for the 3 stars is that I was in a room that faced the lifts. I could hear the lift moving up and down throughout the night. It wasn't that loud but I could still hear it from my room.
