Excellent friendly service from Tom the owner. Conveniently located a couple of kilometres from the town centre.

Very quick to respond and diagnose the problem whereas most places put you on a massive waiting list. Tom seemed like a nice guy and knowledgeable but he didn't give me a quote as expected, just a price without any justification when I tried to negotiate (i.e. no pricing of parts or labour). He charged $55 for a diagnoses that I already knew about and I mentioned beforehand that I already had a diagnoses and a quote from another place. I wrongly assumed the quoting/diagnosing was free since it was free at another place and only takes 15-20 mins. I would have liked him to have mentioned the price of quoting/diagnosing beforehand rather than it being introduced during/after the negotiating of the price of the job making it seem like an afterthought to use for bargaining me into the expensive job. Maybe I am wrong on that point but he should have known since I mentioned the quote I had earlier. In the end I was given the choice of either paying $55 for a diagnoses I didn't need or have it taken off the price of the job (without him knowing it was $150 higher than the other place). It was a lose-lose for me so I was forced to pay $55 on the spot for a quote I didn't really get. Its forgivable but I felt pretty ripped off. Not going back, wouldn't recommend.

Went in for some cooling system advice, got it, and it was spot on. I purchased a replacement radiator to exchange myself and found the old one was exactly as Tom suspected.

I never went there, I simply looked them up.Another computer generated error.I've head Wangaratta Radiators are great.
