I had a terrible experience with them. The staffs had absolutely no manners whatsoever. They were rude, unprofessional and made me feel like I was wasting their time.* The receptionist was un respectful and rude, she called and pushed me to remove my review. When I was explaining for her which I shouldn't, she said I don't believe you! Don't come back here!!! Find someone else to repair your car!"HOW UNPROFESSIONAL!!!"

I had some damage to my vehicle repaired by the team at Advantage. All I can say was it was exceptional. As other have stated, the entire process was seamless from booking the car in, the updates and then finalising and picking the car up. I'd absolutely recommend Advantage to anyone I know who needs repairs to their car as I couldn't fault the service in any way.

I got my Mazda repaired here through insurance, due to a car accident.They always kept me updated with the progress of the repairs and the staff were friendly and professional. They also washed my car before I came to pick it up. Couldn't fault them in any way and I can't thank them enough, would recommend them to anyone.

My car was unfortunately involved in an accident and this was where it was taken from the RAC depot. We had a long wait for parts but the service received was faultless, with great communication all the way along. I got a spotless car back on time. Very grateful to the friendly, professional staff.
