Purchased a trailer with warranty" but unfortunately these guys don't know how to repair there own products so they gave me the go ahead to go to someone who could fix the issue and they would pay for it. They never paid the bill...I recommend going to someone who repairs what they sell in-house and who are willing to look after the customer even after a $27k sale.. I will never use them again"

As a Tree Service business, Steve Gage from Avant Equipment is by far the easiest supplier we've ever dealt with. He is extremely punctual and organised. Every email and call gets answered, service parts are supplied immediately upon request. I could not recommend him and the team at Avant Equipment enough!

The Avant machines are absolutely excellent. The articulated design is perfect for what we do - cant rate them highly enough.However - the after sales service is very average, we have a flail mower that has been down for a month now from late November (I acknowledge the Christmas period but our business relies on this and we have had scant service to say the least).
