Made In Paris Hair Salon

Very unhappy. I went there to get my tape extensions retailed in. Phillipe saw me and removed all my old extensions. Then he said I'll look better with some microbeads at the areas easily seen. So I trusted him. It took him 3.5 hours to get everything done and he charged me $930!!! I know he charged for the extra microbeads, which really aren't that necessary in my opinion after they are done... but all the tape extensions are mine original ones. Anyways, I washed my hair the first time after 4 days, 4 strands already came off... and I can feel a few more slipped and will def come off after another wash.... I'm away on my holidays and now I have to worry about my extensions after spending almost $1000.... I will not go back there again for sure!!!

Sophie is my new favorite hairdresser, she took the time to listen to what I wanted, and gave me exactly that. She is a gun at foils. The place is also well looked after. Will be back

Left on the verge of tears. Customer service was appalling. Wanted a standard half head of foils and a trim but it was such a struggle to get it and I may have to get it redone elsewhere. The end colour is average, and the stylist I had was totally useless (he barely even spoke to me and made me feel like it was such an effort for him to be bothering to cut my hair). I have curly hair and he mucked around with it for half an hour snipping bits off before putting a hair dryer on it and scrunching product in to it - the end result being a fuzz ball. Because the communication was so poor from him I thought this was the precursor to do something more, but no that was it and that's how they unceremoniously let me leave the salon, calling it a 'dry off' finish because I refused to pay 70 bucks for them to straighten it...will not be going back.

Great service and stylist

Finally found a hairdresser that cuts my hair like I want it. I have never know anyone to make my fly away hair sit just perfectly.

Very nonchalant staff. They did not do what I asked and I paid over $600. I didn’t appreciate being told that my natural hair colour was mousy and dull.

Had an amazing time, very friendly atmosphere and the expertise of the South African gentle-man who did my hair was perfect. Immediately understood what I was after and delivered accordingly. I think I may have found my regular hair salon.Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
