I have had this dry cleaner detect a major problem with my new lined linen dress before it was cleaned ( the labelling was wrong - it's not dryclean only at all , the lining is not colourfast ) no thanks to Myers and the brand Piper.I have a letter confirming the issue and a testswatch that I can now return to Myers in order to get a refund . I use Seabreeze dry cleaners weekly for a basket of ironing and dry-cleaning, stain removal, clothing alterations and so on. I find them very professional and am happy with the results. I don't always want/need the ironing wrapped in plastic (but they are only doing it to protect the clothing etc) - so no problems/no biggee. I like the staff there and think they are all very professional and kind.

Dropped in a 2 trouser business suit, i.e. 3 pieces. Was quoted a price and when collected was told price had increased due to the 3 piece deal only being relevant to a suit plus a vest. Seriously who wears a vest these days. The price charged for the 3 pieces was more than I’ve paid anywhere previously for the same suit.As we now live on the coast permanently am looking for a new local dry cleaner that I can rely on. Very disappointing first experience. Guess I will have to keep searching.Carol, thank you for your reply. Given that I spent over $100 with you on the day for numerous services, I would have thought that the $3.50 would have been waived in the first instance.

We use this business and have always been happy with the service and we like to support local businesses but this support was not reciprocated when I asked to use the toilet and was denied on the basis that the Laubdromat that we were using today does not contribute to the costs of maintaining the toilets. Will not use this business again. There was no dangerous equipment anywhere near the toilet.

Really happy with the quality of cleaning we had done to our doonas, blankets, bedspreads and pillows. They came up beautifully and were conveniently delivered back to the house. Would certainly be using them regularly. Carol was very helpful and friendly.RegardsJanet

I dropped a blazer off at one of their pickup points to be drycleaned. We made a specific request noting for them to focus on ensuring that all marks on the collar and cuffs were removed. I paid $20 only to get home and find that the item appeared not to have been cleaned AT ALL! I tried calling their number, which is now disconnected and their physical premises is empty and they no longer deal with the pickup point. Feeling frustrated and ripped off.

Had a secondhand bedspread dry cleaned and the service was excellent. Dry cleaning job done exceptionally well, staff very fussy and got bedspread looking like brandnew, and the cost very inexpensive.

Be very careful if you plan to have any items dry cleaned here. I bought my wife a very expensive dress for our son's wedding and had it dry cleaned at this dry cleaners. As a result my wife's expensive dress was damaged and they would not take responsibility for the damage. Make sure you are aware of their attitude before you enter this business. Very poor attitude and customer relationship.
