Very friendly staff, they have always been lovely. But once they moved out of the city, & only have the shop in Earlville, it has made ENT appointments very time consuming & exhausting having to go from A-B, B-A, then back to B etc. If you have an appointment & live North side, having an appointment can take anywhere from a minimum 2+ hrs by the time you leave home & return. I think it would be better to be in a more centralised location.

Receptionist rude. Charged $5 for a disposable face mask (ridiculous price but ok we bought it) then people continued to walk in after with no mask and she said nothing. 4 weeks later and still waiting for report we paid for..

Up until my recent visit, I had been with this company for three years. I would not recommend this place to anyone based off my last experience, the receptionist was not helpful at all, the female Audiologist was inconsiderate, unorganised, unreliable, and went against her word with what she said she was going to put in my report and wouldn’t amend it, which in the long run nearly cost me my career. So do yourself a favour and avoid this place!If you’re chasing a company that is everything that this place isn’t, visit Audiohealth in Smithfield, they’re amazing!!!

If you have an Autistic Child who has ADHD that you have to take to Cairns Audiology Group, becareful of the receptionist, as all Autistic kids do repetitive actions when they are excited etc, it will bother the receptionist very much & she will lash out at your child.
