Alan is extremely knowlagable with the products, friendly, always opens the door for all customers as they leave. Thorough gentleman and fantastic to do business with. However I do feel very sorry for him working on his own. I waited 30 minutes just to buy a chin mask, he was working as quickly as possible and never hurrying the customer he was dealing with at the time. Thus the wait.

Alan is so wonderful at PerthCPAP Joondalup. Nothing was too much trouble & he went to great lengths to go through the CPAP machine options and helped us select the best unit & mask for my grandpa. Brilliant customer service! I would recommend to anyone!

My husband went to this store today to get a new water container for his Air Sense 10 and the man who served him was AMAZING. He gave him heaps of advice and information. We will never go anywhere else now.

I purchased a CPAP machine from Alan at Joondalup. I was very impressed by his knowledge of product and his willingness to assist. He set up the machine ready for use and directed me through the online warrant process. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Perth CPAP to others.

The Joondalup store has always provided an excellent service. The ONLY person working there is Alan who always given full attention to each customer in turn. Alan should be given another member of staff to ease the wait time for customers.

Went to Perth CPAP as they had the best prices for machines. So happy I did. Alan was so helpful and went the extra mile to make sure both my husband and I were comfortable with our mask. Nothing was too much trouble and we never felt rushed. Even though he mostly is there by himself and probably goes without lunch, or a very late lunch sometimes he still makes time to help.It is Rare to have such good service these days.Thanks Alan.

Wonderful customer service at the Joondalup branch. I came to purchase a mask. A chap called Alan help me find the right one. I'm a 70 year old lady and Alan was so kind and patient with me. These days that kind of service is quite rare. The product isn't the factor, the service is. Thank you Alan.
