My problem is with 2 things:1- staff members most of the time on the phone talking to relatives, so they don’t listen to clients’ needs.2- coffee machine, most of the days unattended, or broken, no lids, no regular cups, no sticks….Decided to make all my fuel and coffee purchases from another servo.

No hot food in the cabinet except for 2 sausage rolls!! Staff always on there mobile phones. Worst service station in Sydney i have ever been to!!!!!!

11:20 pm, Dec 2022, I fueled up here and tried to scan my Everyday rewards card to redeem the 4c discount. The night shift staff was very reluctant and didn't scan my card at all. Then he yelled at me that Ampol does not accept everyday reward card! What a tude lier!!! They should really be dismissed! Ampol should take a look at the reviews here and do sth about their staff.

They say they scan n offer 4c discounts on fuel.. but they never do. I dont know whats wrong with this Ampol.
