Have been here many times. It is getting worse and worse. One time I left my airpods there and the next day I asked them if they have it and denied it. Came here another time to get nails done and got an infection because of how unsanitary the place is. Not up to the standard of hygiene practices at all with dirty equipment and LED lights.The worst thing also is how bad the staff's attitude is and fake it is. Sometimes they give you an attitude of i don't want to do your nails and it's really made me so uncomfortable. The service has gone down too over the years for an overpriced service charger over $100. Keep doing business like this unprofessionally and not listen to customer complaints then you will lose more customers like me. Profits over customer service and you will lose heaps of money. I will not be returning here ever again.

The women here go above and beyond very strong work ethic and the designs they can do are amazing

Is very disappointing how discriminative they are toward people with disabilities. I’m a woman with disability I got my nails done there 2 other times and every time I’mThere they are unfriendly and rude they treat me in way that I did feel that it because of my disability, the last time I was there they told me in blank that they didn’t want me back by telling me that they were busy and they felt that they spend to much time doing my nails even though I never come without an appointment. Because they rushed me out the door the nail polish peeled off and I can’t even go back because it is painful to be treated that way and I don’t want to feel that way anymore.

The lady that was doing my nails was lovely until they kept getting more customers come into the store and She stops doing my nails and goes to do someone else’s pedicure. It’s very unprofessional, they should not keep accepting customers if they have not yet finished with one. She then proceeded to do my nails and seemed rush as I’m sure she realised I had been waiting a while. She was quite rough while filing and it was uncomfortable and I flinched a few times and said ‘ow’ to express the fact that it was starting to get painful but she still continued, after filing she put this liquid on my nail and it stung me and started bleeding on the sides of my nails from where she was abrasively filing. I showed her this and she just proceeded to wipe it and didn’t even apologise.Will definitely not be coming back again. Worst experience I’ve ever had at nail salon. Definitely need to get audited.

I ask and showed her what colour I wanted and she put a totally different colour and when I ask she said that was the nearest colour they had when obviously it wasn’t that was for sns manicure and then I got a pedicure and she didn’t even file down or make my feet nice n smooth she just rub my feet with scrub washed n painted my toes all together this service wasn’t worth $95 low key feel scammed

I'm going to give them one star just for the lady who did the pedicure for me, it was good! Otherwise the service is absolutely rubbish. I booked over the phone that day, when i went there, I waited more than half an hour to being served, over all i ended up having the worst experince in my life, the lady who did my nails was in a hurry,I showed her a photo , she said okay . after that she said we're closing soon so I can't do what u asking for,so I'm going to do one basic color, she missed it up, the shape was awful. I was really angry,, very disapointing ... never again.

These are the only hair and nail salon that I always visit. Friendly staff and price is good too. They do a lovely job either its a hair cut or nails. Will highly recommend this place ladies.

Do not come here. I came to get French tip and they couldn’t even do that. The white tip was fatter than ever and it looks atrocious. Waste of my $50. The nails were sore for two days because of the ladies aggressive filing and later in the week yellow stuff was forming under the acrylic. Don’t go to this unhygienic, impolite place.

Amazing service. I booked an appointment for a specific time and they welcomed me when I came earlier. Two lovely girls doing a manicure and pedicure at the same time and topped it off with a hair trim with another girl.The girls doing my nails were gentle and the hairdresser catered to what I wanted. Awesome!
