I’ve never been served as nicely and respectfully as I have at Commonwealth bank in surfers. The staff is more than friendly, patient and caring with their customers, especially with foreign students. I can easily count the times that I had to wait. They serve us very quickly and efficiently and on top of everything, everyone working there always receives me with a big smile and positive vibes. I just love taking my students to this branch to show them how nicely can they be treated in a bank.

Annonyed I had to Attend on 23rd May 2023. In spite of my annoyed demeanour bank staff were very professional. The Security guard from Wilson Security informed me of a place I could sit to wait. Very helpful.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The lady serving people today was rude, unhelpful and refused to see us 45 minutes before closing time. Took the afternoon off work to organise our home loan accounts and to ask questions. Did nothing but tell us to go to mermaid branch. Never again

I went to this branch to have my ID card checked after a fraud attempt. I was able to speak with an advisor immediately and clarify my concerns conclusively. The great sympathy and understanding also helped me a lot. Commonwealth Bank in general was also very professional, helpful and understanding to me. I am very happy and proud to be a customer and would highly recommend the bank to anyone.

To see you all today busy as anything however still looking after all of your customers was amazing.Unfortunately there were so many people being rude and annoyed for being in line with no understanding what so ever.Thank you CommBank Surfers paradise for being great every single time.

The Bank Manager Elanor Short and her team including Beb have helped me several times. They have impeccable communication skills and always have a smiles on their faces. I got stuck with a claim with Holland insurance for over 2 months and I went into the bank and escalated it to the bank manager and she got on the phone and had it resolved the same day. The customer service, team work and positive work environment is excellent. having been a customer of of CBA continuously for the last 17 years it makes me happy that the staff have the best attitude and are willing to go above and beyond to help the customers.

Deb has the worst customer service iv ever experienced, she made a massive error to my account due to her not listening to what I was actually saying to her, she then looked at me shrugged her shoulders and said “well I’m only human what do you want me to do” she shouldn’t be working there. The Scottish manager seeing how upset I was and took me in to her office and made sure I was looked after and treated with respect she was an absolute gem.
