Amazing experience, took a working dog in and after a little TLC a real stunner came out. The ladies did an amazing job and took really good care of my mothers dog. Will be going back when the dogs come back for a holiday!

In short, it's not worth the money. I would take my dog to Pet Stock grooming before going back here. My dog came back not smelling like he'd even been washed, they didn't cut his nails or file for them (which I paid extra) and they didn't brush his hair out.

The girls at Lei Lani Pet Spa have clipped and groomed my little Shihtzu/Cross, Chelsea, beautifully many times. They always ask if there any changes I would like, such as coat length, tail, ears etc. I have had different styles" at times including a "mohawk strip" down her back! I would recommend them highly."

Have been taking my 2 dogs here for 2 years. It has always been a good experience for both the dogs and myself. Lei Lani have always done the little extras that show they treat their furry customers as special eg after the groom (which is not cheap $85 per dog) they put on them a cute little bandana and at Xmas they get a Xmas card and treat. My last visit last week no bandana and no Xmas card or treat...... Very disappointed.... A small business should always keep up the little things in customer service. Customers notice even if you think they don't..

As the mum of a really fluffy dog, I love this place. They actually do the undercoating brush (many places say they do but when your dog is returned you realized that they haven't) and I believe the file his nails after clipping them! (he have returned from other places with very sharp nails after clipping). Like the fact that dogs are free in the area while they wait for you to pick them up, they don't lock them in cages! My dog is always very happy when I drop him off (I have the experience from other places, when we walk in, my dog starts shivering). They have plenty parking and super friendly staff.

The quality of work is exceptional, lose one star as I rarely get a call back after leaving messages to book. Quite possibly under resourced given the good work they put into grooming.

Couldn't have asked for a better haircut for our daughters 8 month old cavoodle.

Hit the nail on the head in terms of what we asked for, many other groomers have been unable to do so. Laila came back looking and smelling fabulous, customer service was fantastic and you can't beat the location. So gorgeous!
