Tavern on Turton
Tavern on Turton really surprised me and the people I was with.I had a dozen oysters, (I ate them before taking a photo....) they were extremely delicious!and the Trio of Seafood, consisting of KGW, calamari and crumbed prawns. All cooked exceptionally well.Really happy with the service also, it was quite busy but everyone was happy and catered well to us.We will be back next year!

It was an awesome place to visit with family There was just one pub that had a good meal mainly beef schnitzel. The weather was wonderful to spend day time

No complaints here with our Saturday lunch. Had the Jumbo burger and the SP squid with a couple of drinks. Fast service, burger was large and tasty, squid cooked perfectly with amazing views over the bay.Seems from the other reviews, to avoid the crowds maybe come for lunch. Would definitely return when we are back in the area.

Very friendly, obliging hostess and staff. Great Food - Vegetables thinly sliced and cooked perfectly, as was the grilled fish. Delicate flavours NOT overpowered by other ingredients. Compliments to the chef. PS - tasty dessert

Fantastic feed. Oysters some of the best I’ve ever had. Steak was very tasty and very well cooked. Huge servings. All guests on all table very happy. Great stuff and we will be back.

We ate here twice on our recent holiday and both times the food was spot on. We had a chicken parmi, fish and chips (such crispy batter yum!), lamb shanks and prawn pasta. All meals were delicious! Friendly service, good family atmosphere, a place for kids to run around on the grass out front and fantastic views. I’d suggest giving the kids a little bowl of sauce with their nugget meal as the tiny take away sachets are never enough. Make sure you book in peek times!

Beautiful location to visit. Great views from the tavern. Friendly staff. We ordered the flathead fish and chips and were not disappointed. Very fresh and quite delicious. Excellent value. Doggy was welcome and enjoyed his lunch too

Delicious fish & chips, probably best calamari we've ever had, beautiful views and friendly staff. Perfect lunch break! ❤️
