John and Sharon have been helping us file tax return for over 17 years. Our three adult children continue to trust John and Sharon's competent and proficient accounting services. Such trustworthy service is hard to find. It significantly relieves a lot of stress that comes with filing tax return. Thank you.

Unfortunately not a pleasant experience today. Whilst I’ll have no doubt that John is a competent accountant, the following mean that we will not be returning:1. It’s obvious that John smokes in his office. When I relayed to reception that they need to let people know before visiting (especially as I attended with my young son and am also expecting another) they were clearly annoyed with me.2. Efficiency in people turn-around equates to poor/no explanation of possible entitlements.3. Several chauvinistic remarks made throughout (I attended with my husband). Whilst I respect “old-school” I don’t respect this.4. The tax estimate for my husband was so poor (and doesn’t seem to equate to anything close to what any of his colleagues received) which means we didn’t even end up lodging his.On a positive note John was friendly towards my son.

*52 years sitting in the same chair. Old school and still as sharp as a tack.*Knows what can and can't be done, and doesn't waste time over promising or giving false hopes.*Done our family's accounting for over 40 years, from when we lived near, to moving all over the world and now with us all in Melbourne. And will be for as long as he is still in that bloody chair.PS. While it probably doesn't help your tax situation, his jokes ease the pain.

Always had a great experience with John and Sharon. Ill continue to keep coming back for many years to come :)
