Had to wait around 20mins for a takeaway order. The staff weren't very nice when I asked if everything was included in the order as the box looked small. They forgot the chips and also gave us gravy instead of potato and gravy. Food wasn't super fresh even with the long wait. Don't think they have enough staff to give good service.

Lunch time on Sunday 7/05/2023.Bit understaffed. Everything was slow. Everyone was also moving slowly.Potato gravy has little potato, mostly gravy.How can this KFC be so inconsistent?

2.15 pm ordered two meals for a quick takeaway lunch. Terrible meal, chicken and chips must have been sitting for such a long time. If I could of taken it back, I would have. Come on Cooma lift your game!

Worst KFC ever.The chicken was overcooked. Apparently they didn't change their oil as instructed by KFC HQ.The service was terrible. During the dinner peak hour, only one trainee at the counter and he was really really slow.Waited for almost 10 mins to be served.AVOID this KFC

We arrived to find a group of people waiting for their order. One large woman was taking orders, and no one was serving. We placed our order and waited with the others as more orders were taken. Finally, the cashier asked for assistance, and another large woman came from the rear. The women were so large that they found it difficult to walk and were therefore very slow in putting the orders together, finding it difficult to move from station to station. To make matters worse, they began joking with each other and laughing hysterically rather than doing their job. We could tell that we were not the only customers getting annoyed at their attitude.When we finally got our orders, the chips were cold and tasted stale. My fillet burgers had limp lettuce, small fillets, and very little mayo. My wife and daughter also complained about their meals. We ended up throwing half of our meals out. I don't think we'll return to this KFC.

The food was quick to arrive and was decent (except for half cooked chips). However there is clear bias towards regular customers. The cashier let a customer, whom she clearly knew, cut the line and made sure she had fresh chips. Makes me wonder how she got hired in the first place.

Absolutely the worst takeaway meal we have ever had.Chicken was dry and cold, buns were soggy and stale, chips were soggy and cold.Most of our meal wasn't even eaten, got thrown away, so not only a waste of food, but waste of money aswell. The place was a mess, rubbish everywhere, and nobody even attempting to clean up.KFC Cooma you need to lift your game,big time, and we will never, ever, eat there again.I will also be lodging a complaint with head office, and following up about the state of that KFC.IT WAS REVOLTING.WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD.Would be truly shocked if any contact or apology was forthcoming from anyone.YUK.

Start of ski season and obviously really busy, but the service was top notch. We were just served by a young boy called Mitch through drive thru, he was super friendly and polite and really made the whole experience just a super positive one.

This was the worst KFC I have ever had. The chicken was oily and tasted of old burnt oil. Even the chips were shocking.The bread roll was also stale.No fresh wipes offered, so the service also suffered.Extremely bad experience at Cooma KFC.
