Chipmunks Playland & Cafe

My family and I visited here recently on impulse to entertain the kids for an arvo. It's worth the entry fee just to wear your kids out. I recommend taking your own socks but you can buy them there.I found the staff of Chipmunks to have the patience of saints, they run the Cafe, clean up spills and vomit quickly and deal with seemingly lobotomised parents who have forgotten that they have spawned.

Excellent place for birthday parties. Very nice indoor playground. My daughter had her 6th birthday party here on the 25th of July and was very very happy with the great service and price. All Staff were brilliant and professional especially to Angie for all her help and support in making my daughter’s day special. The team really looked after us. Fantastic facility, great entertainment for little ones and the kids enjoyed the day. 5 star goes to Chipmunks Everton Park. Highly recommended.

Chipmunks is a great fun place to bring your kids. Staff are lovely and the play centre itself is perfect for burning off your young ones energy. There’s no set times so you can play all day while you sit back and enjoy any of the menu items fresh from their cafe. Also love how they have the seperate play spaces for different age categories, giving a piece of mind that the other kids aren’t going to be too rough or vice versa with your little one. Highly recommended and will definitely come here again.

Great place to bring little ones and wear them out for the day or just a few hours even.For $10 entry is a bargain, the kids love coming here and playing non stop

Visited Chipmunks yesterday and absolutely had a blast especially the kids, very cheap prices and great food. But was very disappointed in some customers who were very self-centred and showed no cares to the policy of chipmunks especially with no outside food as parents and kids have allergies especially to nuts. Also not following clear and simple instructions such as wearing socks and no food or drinks in the play land. I appreciate all the staff for there hard work and having to repeatedly tell customers to follow simple instructions as it made it harder for them to do there jobs especially as it was very busy.

Great place for the kids to play and get rid of excess energy. Basic menu available for the young and old.

Had the best day ever. Little ones had lots of activities to get into. Out of all playgrounds that we've been to. By far the most entertaining!! Will be coming regularly❤️

Good venue with super fun for kids.However, The staff name Angie was extremely rude.We ordered sandwiches eggless.but they gave us wrong when I asked she refused to give us eggless. Then asking to give us only veg eggless she was talking rudely in front of guests rather than apologising for their mistake.We made booking for our son’s birthday first thing they are not sure what they have or not whenever we call in they says you will get call from manager, which never turn up until only two days left to party.Then they didn’t have return gifts for guests that we selected at the time of booking. They called me to change them and ask me to do full payments.I did full payment but due to first time transfer bank took 24 hours to clear it. Staff Angie was so rude and aggressive to me over the phone night before the birthday that why your payment are not clear even though I provided screenshots of payment approved. She said she will be calling police if my payment not clear. Even though I was easy to talk about it.One staff was saying something else and another was saying differently.There was two more staff they were very polite and nice. My party host girl was nice as she advise you can take icecream cake home as you got huge cake. So kids wouldn’t eat itBut when i was going home this angie (staff)refused for cake that I opened it and was making excuses to give it to us.Request to the owners - please trained your (Angie) staff talk politely to customers. They can not Harass customers. As we were leaving from party hall Angie yelled on us that “don’t come back here again “. Don’t come back again .

Good place to take the kids if you need them to expel some energy. 1 star off for having no free water access via a fountain you have to pay for everything.
