I had a flight to from darwin to perth in the morning and I asked to get 2 vegetarian Bahn me rolls. They gave me pork inside for which I had to return there again and the owner completely refused to replace it without having to pay for it again. This is absolutely terrible customer service and and I don't encourage anyone to visit this place.

Not sure if this place as new owners as it has been renovated and the prices have gone up (significantly) with a whole new menu, however food was good with a lot of options.

I found this discreet little cafe by chance, and it may be my favourite Vietnamese dining in Perth. Cheap dishes, generous meal sizes and lovely fresh quality. Staff are always friendly and happy to see our faces :)

Great revamped Banh Mi store, with an awesome new menu. Their Roast Pork is good, but I really love their Soft Shell Crab Banh Mi- epic! And only $12!!

They guys working there are friendly and serve up some fantastic Vietnamese food. Good value and fresh. I urge you to give it a try. They also sell burgers, all day breakfast and coffee.

The Roast Pork Banh Mi was not enjoyable. The role was not fresh and it lacked flavour.

Always great, everything is made fresh. The rice paper rolls are delicious, and all the varieties of banh mi are reliably good. Recommend trying the tofu banh mi - they crisp up the tofu and it's amazing!

I had a cappachino to go yesterday and it was amazing. It was topped with whipped cream n chocolate and a courtesy pink marshmallow for the same price as a Macca's cuppa.I returned this morning with friend in tow and we both had cooked breakfast and cappuccinos. 10 out of 10 service, a brilliant choice for westerners as well as an authentic choice. My only suggestion is ask the lady to make the coffee. The men don't make it with love. LoL from such a great coffee to expectations shattered this morning. * Grumpy Coffee Afficiando*
