Customer service has deteriorated recently. Not being able to wait in store for scripts seems indicative of Covid 19 paranoia, not fact based. Good job there is competition.

Needed help in the OSA department.The lady running was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.Resolved my technical issues, sold me a better fitting mask, reprogrammed my machine and the few was modest.Will only go there from now on and can highly recommend.

A good local store with a large variety of pharmaceutical products, cosmetics and also a photo printing facilities. Staff are nice and attentive.The photo lab opening hours are different from the main store, open weekdays from 9.30 am to 4 pm. You can upload the photo online and pick it up in 2 hours if ordered before 3 pm. After 3 pm, the photo will be ready on the table to collect first thing in the morning.

Friendly staff with great customer service.They explained very gently to our inquiries and offered us very competitive options.

Quite a good facility, staff readily assisted me and were welcoming. On the contrary, this isn't really a flaw but the service was slow and required a wait time due to how busy it was. Overall though, it was quick and fast facility and I recommend attending if in need of assistance. Furthermore, it has an extended store, as in not just catering to peoples medication needs but also other goods, such as perfumes and colognes.

I have been on closing the gap for over a decade, my script today was rejected because of some new changes and that I would have to speak to my doctor to re-register me and do I have money to pay for it now, the antibiotics I required for an infection, have had no problems with CTG scripts from this doctor prior but they withheld medication regardless, embarrassed but they said they would call doctor as its been hard to get an appointment during covid and can sometimes be a week's wait, they know I'm eligible ,my doctor knows I'm eligible but who cares if I lose an kilo while I wait, already being 41kg, guess that's my problem to deal with now

Poor range. Overpriced generic" brands. Can be dishonest about availability."
