I have been unfortunate enough to have had to put up with sub-standard quality, poor value for money and excessively long wait times to receive the videos we paid for.If it were up to me, I would never use BWP Studios services, but unfortunately the 2 dance schools my daughter has attended over the last 5+ years have both chosen to enlist thier services.This year is the first year we have had the option of receiving a digital file rather than wait 6 months for it to arrive on DVD. DVD was great in its time, but it is now very dated. I was happy to finally get a digital copy of our daughters dance school concert from BWP this year only to find out it has been recorded in 720p.In a time when 1080p is classed as the base standard of resolution, recording in 720p as a professional" videographer business should be unheard of. The video I received is soft and has way too much video grain/noise.For years I have been attending my daughters concerts and eisteddfods

BWP has been servicing our School for many years. Delivery of product has been in the time specified and is of excellent quality. We love the photos captured on photo day and at Concert. Clear and beautiful. DVD production has always been good and captured our Dancers from all angles. Thank you for a great service!SDA Performance Academy

Take customer's money and run type of studio. We paid to watch our daughter dance and told we cannot take photo or video. So, we have to purchase videos of our daughter dancing is through BWP. We paid, but they never delivered. There phone number is not valid and emails went un-replied. Next step for me is to contact customer protection agency and file a complaint about them. It has been almost half a year now - still nothing from them. Very dodgy studio. Should avoid at all cost.Reply to your reply: I have emailed your studio many times. I have checked my spam folder and found nothing. I have a receipt from your studio with Tax Inv No. of 2130. School Name is Seriously Dance and Section Name is 8 Variety. Have just submitted my details to you on your website. Will wait for your reply.

Good thing I knew who our main characters were in our end of year concert wouldn’t have been able to tell otherwise! And forget about any of the other dancers. Stage lighting/positioning isn’t the problem, previous videographers have produced exceptional footage. BWP’S quality is terrible! Honestly, a 2 year old balancing on 1 hand upside down holding an old iPhone 4 could take better quality video footage.

I'm so disappointed in the overall service that BWP Studios provided us. Photo quality was ok but the actual set up for the sale of the images, the process and customer service is very much lacking. Their sales process is out of date and didn't offer digital images until asked. I feel they are not in tune with what their customers needs are. They take weeks to respond to messages which makes the whole process even more frustrating.Reply to owners comment:I did reply to your email on the 15th and I asked how to go about exchanging the prints. I am yet to get a reply from you, over a month later. Perhaps check your email! And my initial email in November 2017 took a follow up email from me, two weeks later, before I got a reply in the first place.Having a 90’s style photo set up with albums on tables at an event in 2017 is ridiculous. Parents had to sift through hundreds of shots in albums to find their child, my husband purchased some on the concert day and it was lucky he was at the first concert as you had left by the time he second concert started. This was the only time we got to see any of them. He was never informed that digitals were available for purchase nor did he see any signage indicating this was the case as he would have purchased them instead. There was nothing on your website to this effect either. You should have had an online gallery for parents to view prior to the concert night where they can pre order images and collect them on the concert day. This would also have saved you from printing so many unnecessary prints and provide an easier collection process for parents. Your website needs to be updated as the images you did have online from the actual concert are so small on the screen I can’t make out which of my kids are in the photos when they all look identical in costume. You need to update your business model!Bottom line, you didn’t provide a good service, you are out of touch with your customers needs, you didn’t reply to emails on time, we are dissatisfied with the over all experience and we are not the only dance parents who feel this way.
