I got injured from running and at park run when volunteering, Alli noticed and invited me to join to try something new and fun and not lose run fitness. I am so happy I did! I love this group. It has become a second family to me and has me proud and excited to be training for and competing leisurely in triathlon. I look forward to training days with Multisport gold and am grateful to be a member.
