Started well but ended on a sour note. Purchased a part that was found to be faulty by my mechanic and hence returned for refund. I noticed the refund was short as I was not refunded the original freight of $28.60 and was also made to pay return freight as well PLUS a banking surcharge. SO - instead of being offered compensation for the inconvenience and cost of my mechanic to diagnose their faulty part, I was in fact penalised. Despite numerous emails to try and mitigate my loss they stood ground and refused costing me 2 x freight, banking surcharge, my mechanics time.

Gavin and the team always go well and truely beyond to help when I’m looking for parts. They just found me the last tail shaft centre bearing in Australia for my E28 BMW. I would recommend them to everyone.

Anje goes above and beyond in her customer service and offerred me assistance when i was in need of some parts. She cross checks part numbers supplied to ensure they will be correct as well. Always has parts ready for collection at the drop of a hat and is very helpful with all of my questions. Even delivered a part to a workshop where I had my car at and saved the day after a workshop broke a part on my car today - Speedy delivery and as a result I could get my car back on the road today because of her. Great shop and excellent service, highly recommend. Anje is a great Asset to this business - at Slacks Creek Unique Auto parts.
