My wife and I have been coming here for years and have always had a great experience. Both Jack and Ivy are first class hosts and never miss a beat. Hard to decide between old favourites and new innovations when it comes to ordering.

Cha Cha Japanese Restaurant
Enjoyed a Sunday afternoon lunch here. It’s BYO (there is a BWS two stores down) and they provided wine glasses for us. I ordered spring rolls, chicken wings, edamame and I tried Takoyaki for the first time. I was a bit disappointed because they had sold out of their scallops which I hear are really good and I really wanted to try. The food was great and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Amazing Japanese food and reasonably priced. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. We came here twice in our holiday as it was our favourite :)

The aromas of walking past Cha Cha pulls you in for an excellent dining experience at a casual environment. Great customer service and with a smile. Lovely that the owner Jack was walking around and introducing himself and making sure the food was perfect and the service. The meals came out promptly and the food was brilliant and of high standard. For a last-minute thought for a place for dinner and a budget-conscious night out, I highly recommend Cha Cha. Given the outside dining would suit wheelchair access. Kid-friendly as well. BYO with alcohol which is value for the budget Conscience.

Cha Cha Japanese Restaurant
Cha Cha has been a popular local Japanese eatery for years. It's usually quite busy on the weekend. The food they offer is contemporary Japanese dishes with bit Australian twist. Everything tastes a bit sweet.It is a great place to chill and drink sake with your friends after spending hours on the beach. Service is Japanese standard, very efficient. Food is definitely better than the usual Japanese fast-food.

Incredible place, lovely venue the atmosphere was terrific, the food was really amazing best Japanese cuisine I’ve ever had! Great customer service, staff was friendly and polite. Highly recommend this place to anyone!

Cha Cha Japanese Restaurant
Had the miso steak for the first time tonight and it was one of the tastiest pieces of meat I’ve ever had. I usually play it safe and stick with teriyaki (chicken, salmon, etc), which are also great.The green tea is authentic, nothing in a tea bag.Photos are to give an idea of where the restaurant is now situated. First time coming here after the move and it was a little hard to see, the sign is set back a way from the main path.

Really amazing tasting food, all pretty affordable ($10-$20 ish per dish), Food came out slightly staggered and staff looked a bit rushed but they were all very enthusiastic and accomodating.
