My new bikini arrived yesterday and I couldn’t be happier! The quality is great and the patterns are really beautiful! Their customer service is also amazing right from the get go. They are so helpful and friendly, unlike many other retail brands you will receive prompt, genuine and personal customer service from the Lahana team! They will definitely be my go to swimwear brand from now on :)

Lahana Swim is one of my favourite new bikini brands! I have many friends who have purchased from them for years, and I only recently bought my first set during their Warehouse Sale and oh man I will be purchasing from them from now on! Not only is the quality of the swimwear amazing, they are very affordable for the quality. My delivery came within a few days to the Gold Coast, and when I emailed about questions I got quick and speedy responses! Thank you Lahana Swim, you have a Lahana Babe customer for life now!

In love with my new Lahana bikinis. The material is high quality and the cut it beautiful. It does run a tiny bit small in the sizes, but I was happy with the sizes I chose. Lara was really helpful in customer service and made some quick changes to my delivery. Would absolute recommend.

I love this brand!! Their bathing suits are stunning, well-made, and when you can buy them on sale it is completely worth it! The reason I gave Lahana a 4/5 is due to their sizing. I'm not outstandingly curvy but I do have wide hips and a larger chest, I wish they had options for curvier women. Especially with one of their newer campaigns being about embracing women of all shapes and sizes. But I was able go make due with an XL, but once again I'm not that curvy with a 29 in. waist and 39 in. hips and chest. Overall though, highly recommend.

The best swimwear brand that I have ever shopped with online. Beautiful swimmers and fantastic customer service. I had an issue with a bikini top I received, despite everything going on at the moment with COVID-19, these guys were easy and quick to communicate with. They sent out another top free of charge as soon as I contacted them. Very impressed with this brand, their customer service and how they conduct their business. 100% will shop again x

If I could give less than 1 star; I would! I usually love Lahana, and have bought from them numerous times. However this last time, during their “warehouse sale” an item I purchased was far, far too small. This was a surprise, considering I am always a small & even double checked - triple checked! - their sizing chart. I sent a really nice email, just asking if I could please return the one top (I purchased 4 items) - & let them know I had only tried it on, it still had all tags attached, I kept the the bag it arrived in & it was in completely perfect condition, same as I had received it. I wasn’t looking for a refund or a store credit or anything like that, & I was happy to pay postage both ways. I just wanted to send the top back, and exchange for the bigger size - which they still had available on their website, so I knew it wasn’t sold out. They flat out refused to swap the sizes, and stated that “as per our sale conditions” they couldn’t do a store credit or refund on sale items. I wasn’t wanting a store credit or refund! I just wanted to swap sizes on one item, that was all - & I was happy to pay the extra postage! But still, they refused this very simple request. Even for a loyal customer who has made a number of orders over the years. To say I am highly disappointed & disgusted in their customer relations, is an understatement. I will never buy from here again & I urge anyone else considering to; to very seriously think again about supporting small business who treats their customers this way. Shame on you Lahana.

Lahana Swim is my new favourite affordable and sustainable swim brand. Their pieces fit excellently and really highlight and work with the contours of my body, and the quality is equally great. I wear a 8DD size bra and the small size top (in the Gigi bra top) is great for me, a bit snug but I'd rather be more secure than not. I doubt I'll ever buy any other swim brand!

The quality of Lahana Swim is absolutely insane. I have bought multiple pieces and they are extremely comfortable and lasting. My issue is they’re limited sizing. I’m a size 6 with larger breasts. I got an XL to be extra safe even though the sizing chart recommended a M-L and the XL fits like an XS. There is no difference between the two. It was extremely disappointing and made me feel terrible and so body conscious to think not even an XL would fit. This is something that needs to be fixed for such a big range of people.

I placed an order and accidentally sent the swimmers to my old address! I didn’t realise until a few days after I had placed the order so I got super worried! I emailed the customer care team immediately and the lady replied back to me straight away, reassuring me that there was no problem and that the swimmers would be sent to the correct address! I then got my swimmers the next day!! Not to mention the quality of these swimmers… they are seriously amazing! I’ve been someone to always buy cheap swimmers from zaful etc. but after having these, I’m never going back!
