I mistakenly called Brendan thinking he did Western Suburbs of Melbourne....didn't know he was out in Warrnambool. However, he very generously said I could run any quotes I got form Metro aircon services by him to see if they were about right. Super generous bloke - I couldn't even give him my business but was still willing to help me out. Says a lot nowadays....
