Awesome service as per usual, all the staff are super friendly, helpful and accommodating. Great selection of stuff and very reasonably priced. It's always a positive experience here. Other gear shops always feel kind of unwelcoming, the staff tend to be kind of aloof. Not here though, I always feel incredibly welcome here. I HIGHLY recommend these guys if you're in the market for some new gear!

I brought a DW performance kit that was sent to me interstate to WA.There was a minor distribution issue that they promptly followed up and sorted! Everything was as I expected as far as quality and cost. The surprising thing was delivery was very efficient and only took 7 days to arrive. I will definitely buy from them again, thanks a lot guys for a great product and experience!.

We came across the meet and greet due to me buying drum sticks through Macron Music for my son. He’s a mad drummer and Slipknot is one of our favourite bands. We were excited, as we were already traveling to Melbourne to go to the VIP Knotfest with my niece( as well as the Sydney, one where we reside). What a great opportunity you gave us all to meet Jay Weinberg. The excitement was beyond. To also be able to purchase a drum skin for Jay to sign was really great of Jay to go that extra mile. Thank you to all the staff at Macron Music as well as Jay Weinberg and his promoters for this opportunity. It was worth the 4 1/2 hr wait.

23/03/23 - Arguably the most memorable day in my personal history!!Thanks to the amazing team at Macron Music, SJC Drums and Vater for arranging and facilitating the signing day with Jay Weinberg!Went expecting just to attend the signing with my husband, Scott Rammell and ended up joining him in the 1 on 1 with Jay!!The whole team were awesome and friendly and went above and beyond to ensure everyone felt welcomed and special!!We will definitely continue to visit when we are in Melb and will be ordering everything for our music needs from Macron Music Melbourne!!Thank you again!!

If I could give a 10 star review I would, but it only allows me to select five. This music store is nothing short of amazing, not only for their customer service but just being overall warm and welcoming every time you walk into the shop. I myself have serviced guitars in the past, but the quality that these guys produce is above and beyond anything I’ve experience.I’ve bought many things from the store and have never been disappointed not only on the quality of the product, but just the above and beyond attitude this place has. Cannot recommend this place enough. Check it out if you’re in the area or you’re a person who loves music and gear as much as these guys. Big shout out to the guitar sales team!!

Macron Music Melbourne is the place where you find exceptional service as the staffs there are very friendly and helpful. They take their time to explain and demonstrate things to show me how everything works and don't even know whether I am going to buy anything or not. Their priorities are customers comes first and very professional in what they're doing. I am so happy with their service and would highly recommend them to anyone that like to be treated the way I was treated. Good on you Ben and all the staffs there. Keep it up guys.
