Tamworth Polytanks

I wanted a local manufacturer to support rather than a cheaper alternative in Brisbane. As soon as l paid in full for two tanks l had to chase and chase them for delivery.Delivery Guy was great but the sales guy forgot the ball valves. Been chasing them with phone calls and emails for four days no reply. Absolutely no one answers the phone nor replies to emails. God help me if there is a warranty issue. l could have saved $1500 by using a manufacturer in QLD which l will do now for the next tank.
