Really impressed by the staff at VSM. Had a problem with front tyre on big adv bike, couldn't get help in Glen Innes, detoured to Inverell, and the guys in the workshop had the bike straight into the workshop, and sorted the problem quickly. Friendly , helpful and conscientious about safety, which is important, especially with front tyres! Excellent, recommended for great service!

Sent an email weeks ago regarding pricing on a DR 650 fully setup for long distance adventure riding. After a couple of weeks rang the office and spoke to Moose who informed me that Vince was on leave but he would follow up when Vince returned. Well gentlemen still waiting.Finally bought thru Maitland Motorcycles Richard Jones who was able to return calls and respond to emails.Maybe you blokes need to revisit customer service or ask Richard to give you some basic training on professionalism. No point being the DR GURU when you can't even get the simple stuff right. Pretty damn disappointing.

Ordered parts through them were delivered. Registered with them. Ordered more parts they sent parts I need to south Australia I live in Melbourne guy in sth Australia contacted me and sent them back to Vince strang. I have E-mailed them rung them I have no response from them at all.would not use them again been a month so far of not hearing from them.

The service was good, but the individual serving us was very rude. We would ask questions about parts and prices, but would ignore us. This was all in store service. We did nothing wrong, we had ordered parts that wouldn't fit and just wanted to get more... ?Unreasonably rude, but still served us non the less.

Online order service is not very good , ordered multiple items that were all marked in stock on the website . Two weeks later my order had still not been sent . Some items were on back order despite appearing instock" . I ordered a carby kit

I bought my first new bike from Vince Strang. After researching they offered the cheapest price on the bike I wanted in the whole of the New England and I'd be tempted to say NSW.Awesome service, knowledgeable advice and you can tell the employees are passionate about motorbikes.

Ordered a set of foot pegs off the website as items showed in stock" and I wanted them for a trip. After a few days later the order status changed to "Back Order" so I emailed asking for clarification ..that was the 6 of June.. a month and a week on still haven't heard anything. Tried ringing but no answer... Id say they are swamped with orders and not worried about customer service at all especially if they have your money... Go elsewhere!"
