Didn’t show up to the first appointment. Canceled the rescheduled appointment literally 4 minutes before they had to be here. That’s twice I’ve taken time off work….

There should be a “Negative Star” review for companies like this one!!! It was, hands down the worst customer service I have ever received in my life!!!After the most abhorrent phone service, I reluctantly booked a job, the glazier didn’t show up. I phoned to receive even more appalling service followed by unacceptable lies! An extremely disgusting way to run a company! You should be ashamed of yourselves!!!I give your company -!!!!!!!NEGATIVE FIVE STARS!!!!!

Very happy with the service. I emailed a quote request on Sunday afternoon and was phoned promptly Monday morning to make a booking. They were able to squeeze me in the same day to fix my broken window. Repaired in under an hour and were very reasonably priced. Will be recommending to friends and family. Thanks.

My job was a very small one,($10), a rear view mirror for an 84 year old car. The staff went above and beyond my expectations to provide me with exactly what I needed. I was also given advice about fixing the new mirror to the existing one. 5 stars!!

All the owner cares about is her business, there is no morality to it. They would do whatever it takes to not to loss any business, even if it means lying and making untrue statements. While on the phone, she told me to hold while she has other business to attend and in the end hurry hung up the phone with a sarcastic bye.
