Are you guys still open.

This agency is rude, unprofessional and petty. I would not recommend anyone rents a holiday property through them after the way we were treated. We left our house in perfect condition, only to find that they wanted to charge us $35 for the keys not being returned, although we left them in the security box at the house as per the home owner's instructions. The agency continued to call and argue with us just to get a petty $35, and even went to the extent of charging my card without my permission. It took weeks before they finally returned the fee after a lot of chasing up and rude phone calls with Julie the administration officer. Do not use this agency.

Very poor customer/client service.

Terrible service as an owner. Slow service, dismissive staff. Unable to complete the easiest requests. Lasted with them less than one month.

We stayed at a cabin in Greenwell Point, rented from Coastal Properties, for 3 nights over Christmas, with our 3 children, and we had a pleasant enough time. The property wasn't perfect - the fridge leaked water onto the floor, the front screen door was so badly rusted you needed to lift it with both hands to open or close it, there were cockroaches inside that we had to kill, and the pillows made the kids' heads so itchy we had to buy new pillows. Even with all of these minor things, we had a nice stay, and we left the property in reasonably clean condition, considering we had to pay a cleaning fee as part of the hire fee. We emptied the bin, we washed up all of the dishes we used, and we took all of our rubbish with us. 3 days after we left we received an Airbnb review from Coastal properties saying that we left the property looking like a pigsty" and that they "could not recommend" us to anyone. I find this highly offensive and unfair
