Decent prices and great customer service

Ole mate behind the counter is honest and knowledgable. He wasn't able to fix my automatic watch, but reffered me to his mate that charged me $30! (Watchworks near kmart quoted me $250+) so if you want a good honest job done, this is the place.

Went here to have a Seiko resized to fit my wrist. Absolutely butchered job with the side of the bracelet scratched up from their 'work'. So disappointed as I took my brand new watch here. Had to take my watch to another repairer to have it done properly. Turns out Watch and Gold Hospot did not replace the pins properly with two sleeves missing. In their defence I have walked past this store many times and have admired their Seiko collection on sale and usually it was a different guy in the store. I was served by an Asian guy about 30 yrs old with glasses and a pony tail, maybe he was filling in for the day but heed my advice avoid this guy at all costs. If he can't resize a bracelet how can you trust him to do anything else to your watch?

Honest, reasonable, reliable, will be back as I'm avid watch fan. I usually change my batteries myself but for this particular watch it was causing some difficulties and since it was an Armani didn't want to push my luck, back in a few minutes to watch battery changed, time and date adjusted, will be back to change my straps, thank you sir on 9/7/22 11am.

The owner I have known for about 15 years. He is extremely helpful and price wise always does the right thing. If in need of watch repairs or a new watch....I highly recommend WATCH AND GOLD SPOT.
