Amazing product and great quality. Ordered some products for pick up few weeks ago and one of the staff waited for me to come even though it was pass 4pm. Great customer service and will definitely order more from them.Also great touch with the little surprise biscuit :)

Very quick delivery! I didn’t expect that! Unfortunately one product broke and damaged some others. I reported it and within 48hrs replacements for the broken product and damaged one was sent back! Great customer service!

I just received my second order from France at Home, and it again arrived in record time. The packaging was also again excellent, unlike that of another supplier I used to order from.It goes without saying that the merchandise is also excellent.

Great range of products, and always adding more. Delivery is fast and packaging top notch. I find that they don’t inflate prices unfairly, it’s obvious the desire to provide French products to all and especially those missing them, is the major motivation.

I was introduced to the Vietnamese Banh Mi (similar to Subway) by my Vietnamese wife some years ago. One of the flavourings used is Maggi Seasoning. The only version readily available in Australia is the one made in China. Wanting the French version, Maggi Arome, I ended up ordering it from France at Home. I did wait nearly three weeks for delivery from Melbourne to Perth but that was due to floods/train derailment and Christmas! Nevertheless, I am 100% happy with France at Home's service. Their online ordering and payment was straightforward and were onto my order very quickly.

Great customer service, rang me to make sure I could be home for refrigerated delivery and make sure he was choosing the right delivery company (because deliveries are a bit tricky where I live). Got my boxes only two days later. There were a lot of glass jars in my order, none arrived broken thanks to the perfect packaging (and NO plastic used!!!). Thank you some much for everything France at Home, you are amazing!

Great service - the order was fulfilled to expectations but what makes it really amazing is that 1. I requested a card and they not only included it but even corrected my poor French (thank you!), 2. the delivery arrived in a very short time (3 days) and their PACKAGING IS ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY, VEGAN AND the filling is WATER SOLUBLE (yes, I tried and verified it dissolves with water). And all my Frenchies at home are very happy :) 100% recommended!
