Bad service, after repair the screen became faulty and so was the home button. They also stole the phone case

Avoid at all cost, completely incompetent, charged me $85 to replace a screen on an iPhone, put the screen in unevenly so it was under stress, and refused to refund or even repair at no cost when the screen cracked by itself a week later due to their inept repair job. If there was zero stars I would assign this.

Paid for a phone and watch cover and after 2 days a bubble appeared in the watch, took it back and had it replaced. Within another 2 days the cover falls off again. Took it back and they refused to replace or refund. Poor workmanship and poor customer service, steer clear of this company.

First sold a faulty iPad cover which was replaced with second faulty cover.Refused to replace second time inventing reasons why the cover was broken.4 other phone cover counters at Greensborough. Never again!!

I took in my new release nokia phone in for replacement of a shattered screen over a month ago. The staff on duty told me that they could fix it but to date it is still to be fixed. Communication is almost impossible. Staff speak minimal English and often use a translation app on their own phones to communicate with customers. They do not reply to my texts requesting updates on what's going on....I feel like I'll never get my phone back!! Very disappointed to say the least.

If there was a 0 star button I would be using that. I took my iPhone in yesterday to repair a cracked screen. Hours after coming home, the screen stopped working. hard to communicate with staff as there is very minimal English spoken. The repair was overpriced as well. BAD EXPERIENCE

If i could give 0 stars i would. Bought a $30 phone cover from here and was upsold a protector for the screen. Just over 1 month later air is getting under the protector and the case is starting to fall apart.I raised these concerns with the staff who advised there was nothing they could (or would) do about it. I believe they said No Warranty" but it was difficult to understand.In the end
