Took forever to get me my burger, as I'm writing this i still haven't received my burger. They didn't even upgrade my sweet potato chips to a larger one after the half hour wait. Would not recommend, never going back. There was one great worker there, Aussie accent bro. Bro, if ur reading this, ur a real one, u deserve a raise. u know who u r.

After we had the burgers, my family started to get stomach pain and nausea; not sure if the beef patty where fresh, but they did not taste it as before, unfortunately, we decided to to go there anymore,

I've waited standing on a line to order food and after 20 minutes, they come up to us and said that they can't take anymore orders as they are short on staff and very behind with their orders. I mean, there were customers waiting with lines for a while, why didn't you say so earlier rather than telling us after all this waiting time?Wasted so much of our time.

poor and disgraceful service, as i’m a celiac I ordered a hfc classic with no pickles and gluten free bun. i had to send it back 3 times, due to them all being the wrong order. as i was sending them back politely, and reminding the staff of my dietary requirements, their attitude was disrespectful and their rolling of their eyes was unnecessary. once my burger had finally come after 35 minutes i was unsure if it was handled correctly in regards to my dietary requirements, in addition to this the bun of the burger was ripped and put together poorly. as a costumer and someone who loves grilled, i have never had a service experience like this. and when spending $40 on meals, the service it should be high standard, i expect nothing less.

Chicken caesar salad and mini beef burgers . The salad was a bit salty, but altogether the food was good. The hospitality of the staff was good.

The most wonderful team at Grill’d Chatswood, super helpful, friendly and professional. I recently placed a large order for work catering, the manager (Taylor) and the team went over and above to ensure the food was made and delivered to satisfaction. Everyone was very happy with the food!I can’t thank the team enough for the awesome food and 10/10 customer service. Will definitely order from them again!

the Atmosphere of the restaurant was quite chill and welcoming. the staff was really kind and patient if you don't know what to order and sometimes give you recommendations on what to choose overall would recommend if you are in chatswood

I have been to the shop a couple of times for dinner and ordered a burger, sweet potato chips and a drink. Even though the shop wasn't busy at the time of both visits but still the burger came out way before the chips - on both instances i had finished my burger by the time the chips came out.I also note that the hygiene standard isn't the best. I did notice that while filling in the chips into the paper cups some chips did fell off onto the serving tray (by the lady frying the chips) and the girl behind the counter who had been dealing with customers on cash counter just used her bare hands to collect the chips from the serving tray and add it back to paper cups.All the staff working at the shop are quite friendly, welcoming and agile though.

So nice and easy to have a gluten free burger and chips that are safe to eat on a strict gluten free diet. The gf bun is good quality and didn't dissolve or fall apart.Ordered via the QR code for delivery to our table.
