Happy Travels is great, Ed and Harry are amazing! They helped me plan out my entire (very last minute) holidays in Australia and helped me arrange things for my trip to New Zealand. They really went the extra mile to make sure I got the tours that were the best option for me. They were very enthusiastic, kind, funny, honest, well informed about the available tours and they genuinely have your best interests in mind. I had a great time booking with Ed at Happy Travels! He worked with me over the course of a week to book an east coast tour. He was engaging, patient and very knowledgeable which made me feel confident in my decisions. He was also able to provide insight on the best tours/hostels/events for my trip since he had tried out heaps of the tours himself! If you're looking for a travel agency that will book you a personalized trip, answer all of your questions, and make it an experience, go talk to these guys! 10/10 would do again.

I had a really good (read best) experience with Happy Travels. Ed was my contact person. He gave me all the information I needed to book my trip going up the east coast. When I was in a different city he was still willing to call (even after working hours) to help me book a trip for the very next day. We came to happy travels looking to book a Fraser island tour+whitsunday tour, and were lucky to find Ed, who helped us so so much.He immediately got a calendar and a map, and slowly but surely built us a great travel plan according to the trip we were hoping to have. It was great to hear someone who is so knowledgeable and enthusiastic about traveling. We ended up booking three extra trips, including a dive at the great barrier reef. We spent more than two hours at Happy Travels, and I could not be happier or more satisfied with the tours we went on. HIGHLY recommend going to Happy Travels if you are looking to find some awesome tours and fun things to do in Australia.

When I walked into the Happy Travels Brisbane Office, I was greeted by Ed. Before we talked about packages or what I should do, Ed first asked me what it was that I was looking to get out of my trip. I explained to him that I had a very limited time about (8days) left in Australia and that I wanted to try and fit in X,Y, and Z. He was more than happy to help plan not only one itinerary but a full second itinerary so that I could really feel confident in my choice. After about an hour we had fully booked my next 8 days worth of travel and now I am writing this review at the end of my trip. I can't thank Ed enough for the insight he provided. My trip has been a huge success and I honestly couldn't be happier. Another thing that I appreciated was that he took the time to explain to me what the better options were for the different activities (for instance the different boat tours for the Whitsundays and the different boat groups for the Great Barrier Reef). I'm so thankful he walked me through the options. I will most certainly be using Happy Travels again when I return to Australia in a few months.

Excellent service from Kameron, who assisted us today with booking our east coast trip. He was very friendly and really helpful with making sure we got to do all the trips and visit all the places we wanted to. Kameron gave us lots of very useful advice on the areas we would be visiting as well, which was lovely to receive. Would highly recommend!
