Was told not to leave to pump unattended, by a rude staff member. If he care to look, I was standing right next to the pump, and was within arms reach.Also, your staff member did not allow the use of the BP rewards card.

POOR SERVICE. MY YOUNG DAUGHTER COULDN'T FILL UP HER UTE BECAUSE OF FROTHY DIESEL! LOSS OF SALE TO THEM OF OVER $150 OF FUEL BECAUSE THE PUMPS ARE NOT SET UP RIGHT AND STAFF ON COULDN'T CARE LESS!! RECOMMEND GOING TO THE MOBIL AT OLYMPIC DAM

Lovely staff. Great variety. Expensive but there is the only petrol station in Roxby Downs.

Coffee - no starsBad attitude - 5 stars and most of that came from the other customer who's conversation got interrupted because I asked for a coffee.I have skin on my cappuccino!

I received the worst service I've ever seen this morning, 12/12/19 from the 2 girls that were working, especially Steph, her attitude could be described as nothing but rude and snobby. By the way if you're gonna talk behind people's backs don't make it so obvious. Will be contacting head office.

Guy behind counter is an embarrassment to this business. No eye contact, no greeting, no smile and not even a thankyou. Needs massive attitude check from employer, happy to take my business elsewhere if no improvement
