Wonderful experience today! Went in looking for some merchandise for my son as a birthday present. The young man working there was extremely helpful and clearly had a good understanding of the products. Made a number of suggestions of products that would have all been suitable for my son. Left the store satisfied with my purchases and would have still been in the store of it wasn’t for the outstanding customer service. Would recommend this store and the young gentleman working there.

Service is sporadically given, but only if you approach and ask questions. Staff do not appear enthusiastic about their work.

If i could post no stars i would. Never had a worse customer service experience. Was told i could not exchange a hoody after she argued about where i purchased it. Although i had the receipt in my hand. I asked to speak to the manager and she said I am the manager, this is it. It was the righteous woman i was speaking to. She then proceeded to tell my children not to touch a football which was keeping them quiet while she was speaking over me in such a rude tone. Disgusting manner and service. WILL NOT SHOP THERE AGAIN!

I had a great experience at the store. An Indian boy was extremely helpful and helped me find what I was needing. He showed excellent customer service and shows great diversity within the place which afl is all abt, community and diversity and his presences has definitely held up to the idea of the store and afl. Well done!

Polite staff and a good range available for you team. Some items seem a bit expensive. I guess if you are a Demon you pay a bit more fro premiership range.

Great service. Good products. Thanks to the young blonde bombers girl that went out of her way to help me find a gift for my disabled granson yesterday morning. Went above and beyond even while having technical dificulties with eftpos. Will be back again for shore.

Great range of football team merchandise at reasonable prices. Went to buy jacket for grandson's birthday and found what we wanted,the only decision was the style. Only down side was when asked about return policy was told NO, only instore credit would be given or size exchange was alright, which is a bit rough.
