Very impressive friendly service here. One the the guys applied some dry lube to my chain, instantly eliminating annoying squeaks. Great stuff! A very good range of bikes and gear too.

Friendly customer service. They not only sell good bikes but also give you the best idea regarding your bike purchase. They also have workshop for repairing your bike. Its a compl store of bike and other accessories. If you need any tools for your bicycle/bike you can buy it from here. Highly recommended. They are the best for this sort of service in Eastern Shore.

Recently got in touch with these guys for a part I wanted to purchase. They were friendly and courteous throughout. Given the nature of my query/purchase, I spoke with Ben, Simon and Titch who were all great and progressed my query for me. Great service!

Perfect service, responsiveness and helpfulness. Sometimes they are busy, but it pays to wait. A touch expensive, but so are all bike shops in Hobart. These guys know their stuff.

Wow .my son took a pic of a 661 helmet with the price of $129 on the 9th December 2021 When we went to buy the helmet a week later it had gone up to $179. I showed the staff the pic. They stated it was a staff mistake so you can't have it for that price. I was under the assumption that if it's a mistake you would still get it for the $129. Nope they stood firm and said you can have it for $159 that's it. And some guy was in my ear going on and on about the staff mistake and you can't have it for $129. I took the helmet for $159 as it's my sons Xmas gift. . Not happy and will never spend another cent at this shop again. What happen to the customers. People trying to make a quick dollar.

Appauling and condescending customer service.I went in to get a basic, yet specific, type of brake cable.I asked for said cable and was met with a smug series of questions from one of the bike mechanics which were irrelevent to the part I was asking for.3 times I used the term Brake CABLE.He then told me there are multiples types of this part and proceded to bring down a range of hydraulic disc brake housing sets - I asked for a brake cable, not a hydraulic line.When I got annoyed at his condescending attitude his response was someone is having a bad day today!"

This business has always gone above and beyond to help me out. Whether it is coming out to my car to grab my deflated wheelchair wheels for repair or talking about all things riding. Great business and great people!
