Frank was genuine and the massage was awesome. Neck and back were locked up, or though I am sore he released the areas that needed it. Massage, hot stones, needles and cupping, had the lot. Highly recommend.

I went in for a massage and was recommended a massage and acupuncture by Frankie. He was able to fix my back and restore a bit of movement to my frozen shoulder. He also gave me some exercises to try at home to help. It was great! Definitely recommend Frankie for a holistic approach to massage therapy.

AVOID. Terrible massage, go anywhere else but here. 50 minute massage was 40 minutes in one area and then just ran away. Masseuse probably needed to poo, she was making horrible struggling noises the whole time.

AVOID. Had the worst massage there with Ian Koh. I went in with no complaints and was purely getting a massage to pass the time whilst my car was being serviced. Later that night my back began to stiffen up and the following morning I am barely able to stand up and walk. Had to go and see my GP to be prescribed medication to help with the enormous amount of pain i am in. I generally get massages every 2 weeks and have never experienced anything like this. Avoid this place at all costs.

Just had a supposed hot stone massage from chi link chermside. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement! $95 to make my aching body worst, cold stones applied for 10mins. Paid extra for oil and when the massage was 60% dry.If u r looking to relax DONT go here ladies. Therapist knowledge was ok but just rough.!!! Find a better massage place

Rebecca is really good. Me and my husband had 60 min massage- worth it. Will visit again. The receptionist was very friendly. And my husband enjoyed the massage from make staff member. Thanks

Had massages before and excellent service from shop nr bigw. But last massage by another person was rubbish. No communication to what I wanted. Noisy with people talking in other language. Not very relaxing or professional.

Chi-link near coles Westfield Chermside!!!! We went there with my partner a week ago and I was so disappointed. We had a booking but when we got there we waited but that’s totally fine and I was not expecting too that there was an additional charge for the oil. And the worst one was they did not inform me that I will be giving a male therapist and came out that it was my fault at all because I did not inform them that I want female one lol. Still waiting for the full refund but its been a week since I got there but did not receive any and now they are ignoring my calls!!

Fantastic 1remedial massage by male masseuse but the loud chatter from the other female staff was very distracting and frankly rude. If I paid for a relaxation massage I would've been peeved. And the food behind the front counter...very unhygienic.
