Friendly + helpful staff, always a pleasant experience

Rang Saturday to enquire about a fish tank. Was guaranteed there was one there and I asked them to hold it and I was told that is no problem. Went today to pick it up and was told no sorry there’s a stand that someone returned but it’s second hand and there is no tank. Why guarantee something if you done have it. Very upset children.Wouldn’t recommend shopping there at all. Rude staff.

Good selection of product's for Dogs and Cats also Fish, premium foods. There prices are a bit of a shock. Staff are lovely and willing to help with any enquiries, Hydrobath facility available, your welcome to shop with your animals as long as they are on leads, paper towels & poop bags are provided in store in case your pet has a mishap so you can clean up, plenty of parking and wheelchair access is good throughout the store.

A bad experience with unwelcoming staff this afternoon. We arrived at 3.25 with our 2 dogs planning to bath them. We were told by an unfriendly staff member that Petstock was closing at 4pm and this was not possible. When we questioned this the staff member went to ask the manager, who came out of her office and continued to say that half an hour was a questionable time span to wash our dogs.We assured her we would be finished in 10 minutes and she told us she would be checking on us at 3.40.We completed washing our dogs in 10 minutes and were out of the shop at 3.40.We said thank you to the staff member as we got into our car and got no response.Our experience made us feel very uncomfortable and we don't feel inspired to go back again.Customer service training needs to be improved.
