One of the best team you can join. Best coaches. It also has a great friendly and welcoming vibe. Before I started, I thought it will be intimidating. However, Matt, Steve and Karma have created a great culture. Everyone is helpful and supportive. Best workout to build strength and confidence while you have lots of laughter! Highly recommended ❤️

Absolutely great head and assistant coaching staff, will cater to your level both in classes and personal sessions as well as having such a good mix in their training of intensity but also friendliness and genuine care about you and the sport.A personal experience I had with coach Steve was after he did a personal training session with somebody else, on a public holiday I might add, I happened to be in the gym training by myself just hitting the heavy bag. As I'm lower intermediate level he immediately noticed the flaws in my technique and politely came over and gave me tips, suggestions and demonstrations for about half an hour free of charge, just for the love of the sport and out of the kindness in his heart.If that doesn't say why you should train at this gym I don't know what will!

What a wonderful gym. Seldom do you find true, motivated and down to earth trainers. But to find experts in both boxing and Muay Thai in one place is rare. Great facilities. A fantastic gym. I recommend training here.

Equipment and facilities are excellent. More importantly, Matt, Karma and the team have created a wonderful, welcoming culture perfect for any experience level. Classes are top notch with a good balance of technique, fitness and pushing outside your comfort zone.

Matt, Karma & Steve have always been kind, hard working and encouraging. Every session is filled with laughing as well as well as being worked to the brink of exhaustion. They really care for the sport of Muay Thai and the wellbeing of the community. Experienced coaching as well as being surrounded by friendly people - it can't get much better than that.

I've been training with Matt and Steve for the past 1.5 years and they are phenomenal coaches. They really push you to do your best and always assist with the proper form and technique.
